What 7thDM collects, and what happens to it.

What this site collects

7thdm.com collects information only when you submit the project intake form on the Apply page. That form asks for your name, email, business name, current website or domain, project lane, budget range, domain ownership and DNS readiness, growth and system needs, maintenance preference, timeline, desired outcome, access notes, and any red-flag constraints you choose to share. Submitting the form requires an explicit consent checkbox before it can be sent.

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Fonts are self-hosted at build time, so no font-related requests are made to a third party at page load.

How intake submissions are delivered

When you submit the intake form, your information is sent either to 7thDM's internal workflow system or, as a fallback, by transactional email through Mandrill, a third-party email delivery service that acts as a processor on 7thDM's behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes. If email delivery is used, you may also receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging that your intake was received.

What 7thDM does not do

• Sell or rent submitted information to third parties.
• Use submitted information for cold outbound marketing to other prospects.
• Share submitted information outside the delivery path described above without your consent.

Retention

Intake submissions are retained by 7thDM for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and follow up on the request. 7thDM does not currently operate an automated deletion schedule for intake submissions on this site — if you'd like your submission deleted, contact 7thDM using the details below and it will be removed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information 7thDM holds about you, or to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these, contact 7thDM at 7thdimensionmedia@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site and its data practices change. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
